Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager

We are currently looking for corporate finance manager and senior manager for a big 4 accounting firm in Jakarta:

​​

• Identify and solicit prospective investors and buyers for M&A projects

• Conduct research and data mining on the economy, industries, and specific companies

• Perform analysis on financial information and prepare insightful recommendations

• Work on deal execution and project management

• Provide support and coaching to junior team members

​

Requirements:

​

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines / MBA qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks / corporate finance houses

• Proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback

• Able to build and run financial models

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (writing & speaking)

• Diligent and a good team player
