M&A Manager / Senior Manager

We are currently looking for M&A professionals for a big 4 accounting firm at Singapore;  the work covers PE; IPO and other corporate finance work, which include:

​​

• Manage projects including pitches as well as engagemnets

• Work on deal execution and project management

• Provide support and coaching to junior team members

​

Requirements:

​

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines / MBA qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks / corporate finance houses

• Proven record in deal execution and project management, deal experience in China, Indonesia and Myanmar will be an advantage

• Able to build and run financial models

• Knowledge of Asian language will be an advantage

• Diligent and a good team player
