Tax Manager / Senior Manager

We are currently looking for tax manager and senior manager for an international accountancy firm, the job include:

​​

• Advising clients on different tax related projects which include corporate restructuring; M&A; cross border transactions; IPO; tax rulings; tax incentives and tax risk management

• Provide tax assistance for local and international clients in various industries

• Provide clients with tax efficient solutions which take into consideration sound knowledge of clients' businesses

• Deliver excellent client service, and develop new working relationship across businesses and geographies

Requirements:

​

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines 

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in local corporate tax and / or international corporate tax

• Ability to meet tight deadline

• Possession of professional qualifications as recognised by ICPAS

• Diligent and a good team player​
